Discipline

We are what we eat
We are what we drink
We are what we breathe
We are what we think
We have lived too long in our undisciplined thoughts and never recognizing why negative things come into our lives. The negative things in our lives can only be solved when it is recognized, not by presumptuous self-denial.... Can you, the reader, see the connection for yourself?
We are what we project
We are becoming what we want to be
Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words.
Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions.
Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits.
Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character.
Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny.

Discipline your mind
Reduce your time watching TV

To discipline your mind you need to learn how to better control your thoughts. Positive thoughts call forth inner peace and negative thoughts disturb inner peace.

Start being conscious of what thoughts you're putting in your mind
Start being aware of what you're feeding your mind with

What we think we become

Since I've started to listen to Teal Scott ("Spiritual Catalyst" channel on youtube) ; I  realized how the action of allowing negative thoughts can alter a state of peacefulness - and how ignoring it (not resisting it) can be beneficial.
I'm doing it in a very relaxing way, but I select carefully what I'm going to watch or listen to. Some lectures are beneficial, some aren't.

Remember the 2 wolves.
You always ending up feeding one, so let this be the one you consciously want to feed.
