I've read somewhere that "sin" means to be out of center - can't really remember where it was though.
That means being out of the life's flow.
Assuming that everyone knows what he's supposed to do in life, (being truly free - with no fear or ignorance, no unnecessary pressure from the outside world (that being advices, threat, craving, habits, not being under the influence of anything ...)) a person then acts in the life's flow.
There couldn't be sin in what he does, because he's in total accord for his action he chooses. His actions makes perfect sense - this person is in the Now, present, fully aware and responsible for what he does.
Gospel of Mary:
"There is no such thing as sin, but you create sin when you mingle as in adultery. and this is called sin. For this reason the good came among you, to those of every nature, in order to restore nature to its root."The child of humanity is within you
