In the dimly lit bar, a hulking figure named Izmael Jax sat, his quiet strength a contrast to the boisterous chatter. A frail, sickly figure entered, his eyes burning with malice. Tamas, a newcomer with a history of violence, challenged Jax, the 'Tank.' Jax's protective instincts kicked in, and he unleashed a primal rage, pummeling Tamas into submission. The bar horrified in stunned silence as Jax left, leaving behind a trail of shattered glasses and a message for the weak: never to be touched again.

Psychiatry and Capitalism: Unveiling the Impact on Mental Health
In today's world, the field of psychiatry stands at an intriguing crossroads with capitalism. It is essential to delve into the influence of capitalist ideals on mental health recognition and treatment.
How many people do you know are going into therapy to survive in an increasing inhumane world?
It is worth acknowledging that capitalism's influence runs deep within the realm of mental health. Many symptoms and problems that individuals face today stem from their internal struggle to reconcile the contradictions presented by capitalism. Depression, for instance, has become alarmingly common, akin to a collective experience of zoochosis (a form of psychosis that develops in animals held captive in zoos). Furthermore, numerous mental health concerns originate from the dissonance between societal structures and our innate human nature.
Rediscovering Our True Nature:
As a species, our essence lies in existing harmoniously with nature itself. Our natural inclination involves engaging in activities such as hunting, farming, creating, and embracing occasional idleness before eventually passing away. However, the ceaseless work demanded by capitalist societies starkly opposes this natural state. Deep down, we all intuitively recognize this disparity, and it is this struggle between our true nature and societal expectations that ultimately leads to the deterioration of our mental well-being.
To address this escalating crisis, it is imperative to challenge and overthrow the system that has poisoned our bodies and minds. While peaceful transformation is desirable, the consequences of inaction should not be underestimated. The path to healing lies in dismantling the deeply entrenched capitalist structures that perpetuate these issues. It is crucial to recognize that it is not the individuals who are sick, but rather the very system that governs our lives.
Conclusion:
The complex relationship between psychiatry and capitalism warrants careful examination. By acknowledging the undercurrent of capitalist influence within mental health recognition and treatment, we can better understand the challenges individuals face today. It is our collective responsibility to foster a society that aligns with our true natural state, embracing our inherent connection to nature and dismantling oppressive systems. Only then can we pave the way for a more compassionate and holistic approach to mental well-being.

Love energy
Orgone, also known as bioplasmic energy or life force, is a hypothetical universal energy field postulated by Wilhelm Reich in the early 20th century. Reich believed that orgone was the basic substance of life and that it was responsible for a wide range of phenomena, including health, vitality, and emotional well-being.
Reich developed a number of devices to capture and manipulate orgone energy, including the accumulator, a box-like structure filled with organic materials that was said to increase the concentration of orgone around it. He also developed the orgone gun, a device that was supposed to focus orgone energy on specific areas of the body to treat illness.
Reich's work on orgone was controversial from the start, and it was met with skepticism from mainstream scientists. His theories were criticized for being unscientific and for lacking empirical evidence. In the 1950s, Reich was arrested, charged, convicted and imprisoned, and his books and papers were seized by the government.
Despite the controversy surrounding his work, Reich's ideas about orgone have continued to be popular among alternative health practitioners and New Age enthusiasts. Orgone therapy, which involves the use of orgone energy to treat various ailments, is still practiced by some people today.
There is no scientific evidence to support the existence of orgone energy. However, the concept of orgone has been influential in alternative medicine and New Age spirituality.
Here are some general guidelines for making orgone pyarmids:

Social robots and the future of humanity
Social robots, such as Buddy, are becoming increasingly sophisticated and capable. They are supposedly able to provide companionship, support, and entertainment to people of all ages. While social robots have the potential to improve our lives in many ways, there is also a risk that they could lead to a more dehumanized society.
Emotional or social robots have the potential to benefit society? Could social robots provide companionship and support to people who are lonely and isolated? Could they also be used to help people with disabilities or chronic illnesses? Or could they be used in educational and therapeutic settings?
The idea of having such a robot interacting with my elderly, or my children makes me a little nervous.
I guess overall, the impact of social robots on society will depend on how they are used. If we can believe the manufacturer they have the potential to improve our lives in many ways. However, they could lead to a more dehumanized society.
In my opinion, there is no substitute for genuine human connection, and Buddy cannot provide the same level of intimacy and companionship as a real person, or even a dog. I mean, there are other, more affordable and natural solutions to loneliness, like spending time with friends and family, joining social groups, and volunteering in the community. These solutions can provide people with the human connection that they need to feel less lonely and isolated.
The fact that this pseudo solution is funded with public funds, and has been in the making for the last 6 years feels like this will never be a satisfying product, that will cost money, lots of money.

The least of my problem now
I'm a 57-year-old man, and I used to be a porn addict. I started watching erotic magazines when I was a teenager, and by the time I was in my 30s, and because of the internet, I was addicted. I was watching porn every day, and it was starting to ruin my life, my mental health was impacted. I could not stop.
I was having problems at work and in my relationships. I was also struggling with anxiety and depression. I knew I needed to stop watching porn, but I couldn't seem to be able on my own. It was the peak time for Jenna Jameson, Nikki Tyler, and all the female pioneers of this industry, and their appeal was too much. And I thought, this would never end... what a fool!
But it happened, slowly as the age reached 50, my libido dropped every year a little more. And now I feel nothing, watching porn now, seems strange, I am at peace, most of these porn stars I used to watch have disappeared, the urge is gone.
Sure, it took some time, and I was eventually able to break free from my porn addiction. I'm now clean for over 2 years, and sure I realize how stupid it feels to be under the spell of this addiction, to be unable to control oneself, the sleepless nights, the social awkwardness, the obsession over some porn stars, the idiocy of it all is clear now, that the urge is gone, it is like a 'post nut clarity' that never ends. Aging was the solution, but it also has its bad side.
No, I'm not grateful that my libido dropped. Sure it helped to change my life. But it also means the decline to old age has started, and it is now crystal clear, that lots of time and energy were wasted over this illusion that is porn. That was something I wanted so bad, and now it feels empty. It feels like I am an eunuch in a harem, like I am unable to enjoy a meal in front of a buffet.
Here is a piece of advice for anyone who is struggling with porn addiction: don't be afraid to ask for help. There are people who care about you and want to help you get better. Talk to a therapist, counselor, or support group. You are not alone.
I wrote this piece almost 10 years ago

Three days of Darkness
A bad omen is something that is believed to be a sign of bad luck or misfortune to come. Lately, this feeling of doom is everywhere ... the big one is getting closer and closer.
The prophecy of the three days of darkness. It is a prophecy that is found in a variety of religious and spiritual traditions. The prophecy states that there will be a period of three days during which the world will be plunged into darkness. This darkness will be accompanied by earthquakes, storms, and other natural disasters.
It is often interpreted as a sign of the end of time. However, there are also interpretations of the prophecy that see it as a time of spiritual transformation. Some people believe that the 3 days of darkness will be a time when people will be forced to confront their own darkness and to seek spiritual awakening.
There is no scientific evidence to support the prophecy of the three days of darkness.
The prophecy is often mentioned in Christian apocalyptic literature, such as the Book of Revelation. However, it is important to note that the prophecy is not found in the Bible itself. It is also found in other religious and spiritual traditions, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Native American spirituality. In these traditions, the prophecy is often seen as a time of great change and transformation.
Whether or not that prophecy comes to pass, it is a reminder of the importance of living in the present moment and of making the most of our time on this Earth.

Before Barbie was Barb Wire
Pamela Anderson is an iconic actress and model, best known for her roles in Baywatch and Barb Wire. In an interview, she opened up about her role in Barb Wire, and what it meant to her.
"Barb Wire was a really special character to me," Anderson said. "She was a strong, independent woman who wasn't afraid to stand up for herself. She was also a lot of fun to play." Anderson went on to talk about the challenges of playing Barb Wire. "It was a physically demanding role," she said. "I had to do a lot of my own stunts, and I was often in pain. But it was all worth it in the end."
Anderson also talked about the impact that Barb Wire had on her career. "Barb Wire was a real turning point for me," she said. "It showed that I could be more than just a pretty face. I could be a serious actress."
Anderson concluded the interview by saying that she is proud of her role in Barb Wire. "I think Barb Wire is a great role model for women," she said. "She shows that women can be strong, independent, and sexy all at the same time."

Religion: A Tool for Violence and Control
The Church's concept of God is harmful because it leads to violence and hatred. God is portrayed as separate from humanity, all-mighty, and judgmental. There is Heaven and Hell, and therefore an afterlife. This black-and-white ideology of Good vs. Evil has been the root cause of many wars.
Another concept is that believing in God will turn people into righteous fanatics, ready to go on crusades to convert unbelievers or get rid of them.
This is a paradox, as the God worshiped by these crusaders is a God of love and compassion. Yet bloodbaths ensued wherever Christian evangelical explorers colonized outside of Europe. There was also another bloodbath in Europe when Christians split into Catholics and Protestants. At this point, religion was truly an excuse to kill and slaughter in the name of an imaginary God.
Once I discovered this side of religion, I started to see the ego in action, not the teachings of Jesus. I began to doubt that any church is anything but a cult, a successful and large one, but a cult nonetheless. There is evidence to support this claim, such as the killing, torturing, brainwashing, and financial operations used to keep the system afloat.

Last summer
My name is Shimsmimshmimamimasmam I am a tree in the Californian region. I have seen many summers come and go, but this past summer was one of the hottest and driest on record. The days were long and scorching, and the nights were barely any cooler. The ground beneath me was parched, and my leaves were wilted and brown.
Despite the heat and drought, I managed to survive. I sent my roots deep into the ground in search of water, and I spread my leaves wide to catch every breeze. I also relied on the help of my fellow trees. We worked together to shade each other from the sun and to share nutrients and water.
Even though this summer was difficult, it was also a time of great growth and change. I learned to adapt to the new conditions, and I became stronger and more resilient as a result. I also gained a new appreciation for the importance of community and cooperation.
I am a tree, and I am strong. But I am quite nervous about these moving twigs, they are a strange and curious species. They build great cities and machines, but they also destroy their own environment. They cut down forests, pollute the air and water, and cause climate change.
I am worried about the future of the planet. I am worried about the future of my children. I hope that humans will learn to live in harmony with nature before it is too late.
We can all do our part to help protect the trees. We can plant trees in our yards and communities. We can reduce our paper consumption and recycle paper products. We can support organizations that are working to protect forests and the environment.

Apocalypse J-Lo
Jennifer Lopez was on a spacewalk, conducting repairs on the International Space Station. She was working alone, and she was focused on her task. Suddenly, she felt a strange sensation. It was as if she was being pulled in two directions at once. She looked up and saw a black hole, right in front of her.
Jennifer knew that she was in danger. Black holes are extremely powerful objects, and they can pull in anything that gets too close. She tried to swim away, but it was no use. The black hole was too strong.
Jennifer felt herself being pulled into the black hole. She screamed, but no one could hear her. She closed her eyes and waited for the end.
But the end never came. Instead, Jennifer found herself in a strange new place. She was surrounded by stars, but they were unlike any stars she had ever seen before. They were brighter and more colorful, and they seemed to be dancing in the sky.
Jennifer opened her eyes and looked around. She saw a beautiful planet in the distance, and she knew that this was where she was meant to be. Jennifer flew towards the planet, and she soon found herself on the surface. She was greeted by a group of aliens, who welcomed her to their world. Jennifer learned that this was a planet of peace and love, and she was happy to be there.
Jennifer lived on the planet for many years, she had super powers there and she learned a lot about the aliens and their culture. She also learned a lot about herself, and she came to understand her place in the universe.
One day, Jennifer decided to return to Earth. She knew that she would miss her friends on the planet, but she also knew that she had to go back. She said goodbye to her friends and flew back to the black hole.
Jennifer was pulled into the black hole, but this time she was not afraid. She knew that she would be safe, and she knew that she would return to Earth one day.
Jennifer closed her eyes and waited. When she opened them again, she was back in space. She was floating in front of the International Space Station, and she was unharmed.
Jennifer smiled. She knew that she had been through a lot, but she had also learned a lot. She was a different person now, and she was ready to face whatever challenges came her way.
Understanding 4th Dimension
The idea that the universe is expanding into itself is a paradox that challenges our understanding of space and time.
It is also a reminder of how little we know about the universe. We have learned a lot about the universe in the past few centuries, but there is still so much that we do not know. The expansion of the universe is just one of many mysteries that we are still trying to solve.
Etymologically, understand means "to stand among". This can be interpreted in a few ways. One interpretation is that understanding is about being able to see things from multiple perspectives. When we understand something, we are able to see it from the inside out, as well as from the outside in. We are able to see the relationships between different things, and how they all fit together.
Maybe that is the reason we cannot understand it, that would mean it would be inside of us
- The universe may be infinite in size. This means that there is no edge or boundary to the universe.
- The universe may be finite in size, but it is expanding so rapidly that it is impossible to see the edge.
- The universe may be a hologram, which means that it is projected onto a two-dimensional surface.
- The universe may be located in a higher-dimensional space.

Mid 2023
There have been several extreme heat waves in different parts of the world this summer, including Europe, the United States, and China.
These heat waves have caused widespread health problems and deaths.
And we can imagine easily, that without any drastic changes in our economic ways, it is going to become the new 'normal'
There have also been several large wildfires this summer, in places like Greece, Turkey, and California. These wildfires have caused widespread damage and displacement.
Here are some things that we can do to address climate change:
- Reduce our emissions of greenhouse gases.
- Invest in renewable energy sources.
- Protect our forests.
- Adapt to the impacts of climate change that are already happening.
By taking these steps, we can help to mitigate the effects of climate change and build a more sustainable future for ourselves and for generations to come.

How would late stage capitalism look like
- Growing inequality: The gap between the rich and the poor is widening, with the richest 1% of people now owning more wealth than the bottom 90% combined. CHECKED
- Deregulation: Governments are increasingly deregulating the economy, giving corporations more power to exploit workers and the environment. CHECKED
- Financialization: The economy is increasingly focused on financial speculation, rather than on productive investment. CHECKED
- Monopolies: A small number of corporations are increasingly dominating the economy, giving them more power to control prices and wages. CHECKED
- Globalization: The economy is becoming increasingly globalized, with corporations moving production to countries with lower wages and environmental standards. CHECKED
- Environmental degradation: The environment is being degraded at an alarming rate, due to pollution, climate change, and other factors. CHECKED
What could be the negative consequences, well ...
- Social unrest: As the gap between the rich and the poor widens, social unrest is likely to increase.Look at France, and understand that we're heading for more troubles.
- Political instability: The concentration of wealth and power in the hands of a few could lead to political instability, as the majority of people feel increasingly marginalized.
- Environmental collapse: The degradation of the environment could lead to environmental collapse, with catastrophic consequences for the planet. Look at all the recent fires, flood, heat waves and natural catastrophes we had this summer 2023!
If we are to avoid the negative consequences of late stage capitalism, we need to take action to address the underlying problems. This could include measures such as increasing regulation of the economy, breaking up monopolies, and investing in sustainable development.

Apocalypse J-Lo
After the nuclear blast, Jennifer Lopez was suffering from radiations, and she knew she was dying. She collapsed to the ground, and a group of survivors arrived and took Lopez to their bunker, where they could tend to her wounds.
The doctors at the bunker knew that Lopez would not survive without major surgery. They decided to give her cyber extensions to replace her damaged organs. The surgery was a success, and Lopez was able to live.
But she was not the same person she was before. The cyber extensions gave her superhuman strength and speed. She could also hack into computer systems and control machines with her mind.
Lopez had to come to terms with her new body and its capabilities. She was no longer the vulnerable woman she used to be. She was now a powerful being who could do anything she wanted.
Lopez decided to use her new powers for good. She became a protector of the innocent, and she fought against the forces of chaos. She used her cyber extensions to help rebuild the world, and she created a better future for humanity.
Apocalypse J-Lo
The year is 2042. The world is a very different place than it was just a few decades ago. The climate has changed drastically, and natural disasters are now commonplace. The economy has collapsed, and there is widespread poverty and hunger. In this dystopian world, Jennifer Lopez is a lone survivor, trying to make her way in a world that has been ravaged by chaos.
One day, J-Lo is caught in a nuclear attack. She is the only one to survive, and she is forced to flee the city. She wanders the ruins of the world, searching for food and shelter. Along the way, she encounters other survivors, who are just as desperate as she is.
Lopez eventually finds a group of survivors who have banded together to form a community. They live in a hidden bunker, where they are safe from the dangers of the outside world. Lopez joins the community, and she helps them to rebuild their lives.
However, the outside world is not going to give up easily. The forces of chaos are still at work, and they will stop at nothing to destroy the last vestiges of humanity. Lopez and her friends must fight to survive, and they must find a way to rebuild a better world.

Mission Impossible
Now as a joke I posted the Mission Impossible theme, but the true subject the actual Mission Impossible would be to tackle climate change
The previous generation has pretty much destroyed the planet. They've polluted the air, the water, and the land. They've cut down forests, and they've destroyed the ozone layer.
As a result the climate is changing. The Earth is getting warmer, and the weather is becoming more extreme. There are more floods, more droughts, and more hurricanes. This is proven fact.
These changes are having a major impact on people all over the world. People are losing their homes, their livelihoods, and their lives.
I'm worried about what the future holds for me and for my generation. I don't want to grow up in a world that is destroyed by climate change.
I know I can't do everything to solve climate change, but I can do my part. I can recycle, I can conserve water, and I can use less energy.
I can also educate others about climate change. I can tell my friends and fam about the problem, and I can encourage them to take action.
I know it's not easy to change our ways, but it's important. We need to act now to save our planet.
Peace out.

A simple game
Here is a fun game, it can even be played alone
Select a movie summary (from the back of a dvd) that no one in the group has seen before.
Each group member will then write their own detailed version of the movie based on their imagination.
After everyone has completed their versions, watch the actual movie.
Afterwards, enjoy reading each other's interpretations and share some laughs.
The interesting twist is that some versions written by group members might be more compelling than the actual movie itself.

Nature
I recall being on a train for work, feeling utterly depressed about my job and the dreadful progression of my day.
As I gazed out the window, I noticed that just eight feet away from the railway and slag, there was grass, followed by trees, and then an array of birds and animals.
It was in that moment I realized two distinct realities were unfolding simultaneously: I was immersed in a social network due to my work, yet also existing within nature.
Unfortunately, nature had been relegated to the back seat in my life.
Now, I use nature as my guide and navigate society in a more relaxed manner.

Do you have one of those
The attributes of a bad leader:
Attribute of a Bad Leader |
---|
Lack of Communication |
Poor Decision Making |
Lack of Integrity |
Inability to Inspire |
Micromanagement |
Lack of Empathy |
Inconsistent Behavior |
Lack of Accountability |
Incompetence |
Authoritarianism |
Lack of Communication: A bad leader often fails to effectively communicate with their team members. They may not provide clear instructions, fail to listen to others’ opinions, or neglect to share important information.
Poor Decision Making: Bad leaders make hasty or ill-informed decisions that negatively impact their team or organization. They may lack critical thinking skills, ignore valuable input from others, or prioritize personal interests over the well-being of the group.
Lack of Integrity: A bad leader lacks honesty and ethical behavior. They may engage in dishonest practices, break promises, or manipulate situations for personal gain.
Inability to Inspire: A bad leader fails to motivate and inspire their team members. They may lack vision, fail to set clear goals, or be unable to rally their team around a common purpose.
Micromanagement: Bad leaders tend to micromanage their subordinates, excessively controlling and monitoring their every move. This behavior stifles creativity, undermines trust, and hampers productivity.
Lack of Empathy: A bad leader lacks empathy and understanding towards their team members. They may disregard individual needs, fail to provide support during challenging times, or dismiss concerns and feedback.
Inconsistent Behavior: Bad leaders exhibit inconsistent behavior, making it difficult for their team members to predict their actions or expectations. This inconsistency creates confusion and erodes trust within the team.
Lack of Accountability: A bad leader avoids taking responsibility for their actions and deflects blame onto others. They may not admit mistakes, fail to learn from failures, or refuse to address issues within the team.
Incompetence: A bad leader lacks the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead their team. They may be unable to provide guidance or support, leading to a lack of direction and poor performance.
Authoritarianism: Bad leaders adopt an authoritarian leadership style, where they exert excessive control and demand unquestioning obedience. This approach stifles creativity, discourages independent thinking, and undermines team morale.

Almost like a Game
On one hand, we have the archetype of a leader, an egotistical individual. On the other hand, there is the populace, not particularly enlightened but extremely numerous. This dynamic gives rise to a power game.
This game has been played numerous times and continues to be 'enjoyed'.
Both parties harbor fears.
The leader fears losing control, which would result in humiliation, defeat, banishment or possibly worse.
The people fear being taken for granted, being repressed, having their property seized, and facing insurmountable taxes.
Both sides project their worst fears. The Crowd vs The Leader:
Given that the leader prioritizes his personal interests, the populace is likely to endure hardship. It's akin to reverting to medieval times with prevalent oppression, borderline slavery, and potential torture. A revolution or at least a change in leadership could be the only solution to this dire situation.
The Leader vs The People:
The people are perceived merely as cattle. They need a leader, and since these subject are insufferable, they need to be disciplined.
There is a great need of group therapy for nations.

What to expect in 2024
We are about to reach mid 2023, and listening to the news is always a stressful thing to do, Ukraine is still very much at war, inflation, floods, wildfire, the Artificial intelligence trends changing most of our current paradigms ...
Today I wanted to list things we could expect from 2024, that were set in stone for a while:
The Summer Olympics: The 2024 Summer Olympics are scheduled to take place in Paris, France. This major international sporting event is expected to attract athletes and spectators from around the world.
The launch of the European Extremely Large Telescope: The European Extremely Large Telescope is a new project that aims to build the world's largest optical/near-infrared telescope. It is scheduled to begin operations in 2024 and will be located in the Atacama Desert in Chile.
The Mars Sample Return mission: The Mars Sample Return mission is a joint project between NASA and the European Space Agency. It aims to collect samples from Mars and return them to Earth for analysis. The mission is currently scheduled for launch in 2024.
The completion of major infrastructure projects: Many countries around the world have major infrastructure projects in the works, such as the expansion of transportation networks, the construction of new buildings and bridges, and the development of new technologies. Some of these projects are expected to reach completion in 2024.
Potential advancements in medical research: Many researchers and experts predict that 2024 could see significant advancements in medical research, including new treatments and therapies for diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's, and diabetes.

A bump on the road
A religion of peace we seek to find,
A quest for growth that's ever in our mind.
The universe, it longs to explore,
And push beyond what we've seen before.
The essence of this life we live,
Is to evolve, to learn, to give.
But forces hold us back in time,
And slow the climb for all mankind.
Thus, a shift must come to pass,
A great change to shatter the glass.
A paradigm shift, a brand new page,
To separate the wheat from the chaff, to gauge
The bad from good, the weak from strong,
And pave the way for a future long.
A time when humanity will be set free,
To grow, to thrive, to be all we can be.
So let us embrace this change with grace,
And meet the future with an open face.
For in this shift, we'll find our way,
To a brighter, better, brand new day.

Genesis story
Today I want to write about boredom.
Boredom can be a powerful force for creativity and innovation. When we are bored, our brains are seeking stimulation and new experiences, and this can lead to unique and innovative ideas. However, too much boredom can also lead to apathy and a lack of motivation. It's important to find a balance between boredom and stimulation to keep our minds engaged and active. As the saying goes, "idle hands are the devil's playground", so it's important to keep ourselves occupied with meaningful activities that bring us joy and fulfillment.
And now comes a tale of creating an entire realm of existence, because we were bored
According to an old story from India, the God Brahma was alone in the universe and feeling incredibly bored. With no one to play with, he decided to create a beautiful goddess named Maya for the sole purpose of having fun. After Brahma told Maya the purpose of her existence, she proposed a game to him, with the condition that Brahma would do what she told him to do. Brahma agreed, and following Maya's instructions, he created the entire universe - the stars, planets, and even life on earth.
Maya was pleased with Brahma's creation, but she wanted something more. She asked him to create a being that was intelligent and self-aware, capable of appreciating the beauty of the world he had created. Brahma then created humans, but when he asked Maya when the game would start, she had a surprising answer. She cut Brahma into thousands of tiny pieces and placed one inside each human. "Now the game begins!" she said. "I am going to make you forget what you are, and you are going to try and find yourself!"
Maya created the Dream, a state of illusion in which humans are trapped, unaware of their true nature. Even Brahma himself was not immune to the Dream, and to this day he is trying to remember who he really is. But the game that Maya started is not a game of chance or fate. It is a game that humans can win by awakening from the Dream and remembering their divinity. When they do, they become Brahma again and reclaim their true selves. This story reminds us that we are not just physical beings, but also spiritual beings capable of transcending the limitations of the material world.
We live in a fractal universe, we can still get bored, and we can still create worlds (virtual worlds) and we can still get immersed into them, but remember this ... it is just a ride, and change is the only constant.

Leveling up
There are different theories about what this World is all about, I've head that some people think it is a prison, and we are somehow punished for something we did elsewhere, the entire reality is a prison, and that is the rational explanation as to why we are not allowed to visit other planets, and we have the feeling (which is false) that we are alone in this Universe, this would be explained by the fact that we are still very primitive in our development, spiritually we are still in our infancy.
A more optimist view would say that we are somehow here on Earth to learn, which would make this planet a School planet, and once we graduate we will be able to move forward and leave this cycle of reincarnations (which is an idea borrowed by Easter philosophies).
While we are here, we could be stuck in this mentality of accumulating as much money and material things as possible, to live comfortably, to respond to our fear of lack, of dying from hunger, or being outcast ... during our Human evolution we have been through wars, famine, terrible chaos, and great injustice, and we are all victims, and at the same time responsible for this on-going madness, because being involved in our mass hysteria, we forget that one day we will depart this place, we will die, and lose all the riches, the cars, the computers, the bank account, the houses, the devices we have bought, and what will remain is our soul...
This is not new, we all have heard that from Church, in a temple, from a guru, from some wise person, from a book, we all know that ... we have been warned, but we keep acting like we do not know.
There is an urgent need of leveling up,
the enemy is ignorance,
the enemy is fear,
we need to move on from that
and the time is now

Future of humanity
I had access to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system, and asked
- how do you predict the future of humanity?
Here was the AI response:
The future of humanity is a very broad and complex topic that has been explored by many different perspectives, such as religion, philosophy, science, and art. There is no definitive answer to how humanity will evolve or what challenges it will face in the coming years.
Some possible predictions for the future of humanity are:
Humanity will undergo physical, mental, and social changes due to genetic engineering, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and other factors1.
Humanity will face existential risks from global catastrophes such as nuclear war, pandemics, climate change, or alien invasion.
Humanity will expand its presence beyond Earth and explore other planets or star systems.
Humanity will develop new forms of cooperation and governance to address global issues and ethical dilemmas.
These are just some examples of what might happen in the future of humanity. However, they are not certain or inevitable. The future depends on many factors that are hard to predict or control. Therefore, it is important for humans to be aware of the possibilities and challenges that lie ahead and to take actions that can shape a better future for themselves and others.
What do you think about these predictions? Do you have any other ideas about the future of humanity?

A year already
I just can't believe it has been a year, and that there is an on-going war in Europe in the 21 century.
And not a small conflict, more like a trenches type of war with over 200K casualties ... it is insane. And we should be worried about limiting the effect of global warming.
It all started because some egotistic oligarch despot decided that more money would be great. And from there, the World was divided again, Russia, China, India, Turkey, and the usual suspect Iran, North Korea, and on the other side NATO and the 'West'.
It is like we are back in the early 1980, during the 'Cold War' and from time to time, we hear the threat of using the Nuclear big gun, and then more dead people (probably hundreds are dying each days).
Because Russia will not give up, and Ukraine is tired of being bullied by Russia, so Ukraine won't back down.
That is how we will tell our children, we did not have time to take care of the urgent global warming problem, that is going to be their big project, where to find clean water, and fuel...
Are we the dumbest generation of all time, let's find out

2023 Mantras
- Remind yourself of how far you've come and all the good things you've achieved.
- Think back to when you were in a tough spot, but still managed to overcome it.
- Embrace the surprises and unpredictability of life, like a fish gliding in the endless flow of water.
- Focus on enjoying the present moment and being grateful for what you have, such as a job, a home, and a peaceful place to sleep.
- Most of our worries are often just imagined, so try to relax and appreciate what you have.
