Theory: Norse Mythology

Though Christian and Norse mythologies originate from different cultural and religious backgrounds, there are interesting parallels and points of intersection between the two.

Creation and Cosmology

Genesis and Creation of the World: In the Book of Genesis, God creates the world in six days, culminating with the creation of humans, Adam and Eve. While in the Norse Mythology, the world is created from the body of the giant Ymir.

Other similarities:

1. The Tree of Life: The Tree of Life is found in the Garden of Eden and represents eternal life and God's provision. While Yggdrasil, the World Tree, connects all nine realms and plays a central role in maintaining the balance of the cosmos. It represents life, growth, and interconnectedness.

2. God the Father and Odin: The omnipotent Christian creator and ruler of the universe (Yahweh), embodying wisdom and justice. Similarly Odin is the All father, a wise and powerful god who seeks knowledge and oversees the world.

3. Jesus Christ and Baldur: Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is a savior who sacrifices Himself for humanity’s redemption and rises from the dead. While Baldur, the god of light and purity, whose death is a pivotal event leading to Ragnarök. His death and the mourning of the gods can be seen as a precursor to renewal.

Eschatology and End Times

Apocalypse and Ragnarök: The Book of Revelation describes the end times, including the final battle between good and evil, the return of Christ, and the creation of a new heaven and earth. Similarly Ragnarök is the prophesied end of the world, involving a cataclysmic battle between gods and giants, leading to destruction and the eventual renewal of the world.

Afterlife Beliefs

Heaven and Valhalla: Heaven is the eternal home of the righteous, where believers live in the presence of God. Valhalla is the hall of the slain, where warriors who die bravely in battle are received by Odin to prepare for the final battle at Ragnarök.

Christian and Norse mythologies, while distinct in their origins and narratives, share fascinating parallels that highlight common human themes such as creation, the role of divine beings, the importance of moral conduct, and visions of the end times.

Note: Remember, theories are just ideas and speculations, but they have the power to move us deeply, instilling either despair or hope, and driving us to action, whether for better or worse. Christianity and Communism were once just ideas, but their implementation has given humanity some of its darkest hours.

Theory: Prison planet

In the next weeks, I will be posting various theories (starting a collection)

Today the theory is that we live on a "prison planet" ruled by archons

This theory is a fascinating blend of ancient mythology, modern conspiracy theories, and metaphysical speculation. Here’s a brief overview of this concept and some related theories:

Prison Planet Theory

The prison planet theory suggests that Earth is essentially a prison for human souls, controlled by malevolent entities known as archons. These archons are said to manipulate human consciousness and keep humanity trapped in a cycle of ignorance and suffering. This idea draws from Gnostic cosmology, where archons are considered lower spiritual beings who block humanity’s path to divine knowledge and enlightenment.

Key Elements of the Theory

1. Archons: In Gnostic tradition, archons are rulers or authorities who create illusions to maintain control over human souls. They are often depicted as deceptive and manipulative.

2. Control Mechanisms: The theory posits that archons use various methods to maintain their control, such as:

   - Illusion: Creating a false reality to keep humans unaware of their true nature.

   - Emotional Manipulation: Instilling fear, anger, and other negative emotions to maintain control.

   - Reincarnation Cycle: Trapping souls in a continuous cycle of birth and rebirth to prevent spiritual liberation. The whole point being to farm humans for harvesting "loosh" which is a form of energy produced by living beings, particularly through intense emotions (fear, lust, anger, depression etc ...) and experiences (wars, conflicts, slaughter, ...).

Some people view these theories metaphorically, suggesting they represent deeper psychological and spiritual truths about human existence and the struggle for enlightenment.

The prison planet theory and its related concepts invite us to question the nature of reality, the existence of higher powers, and the true potential of human consciousness. Whether taken literally or metaphorically, they encourage deep reflection on the forces that shape our lives and the possibility of transcending them.

Now the twist is that for each theory, there might be a sparkle of truth, but this one in particular is emotionally depressing.

Personally I've discovered this whole concept via this obscure sub-reddit

It sure could be convincing when we think about the fractal universe and how we (humans) are treating animals (breeding them for food). And how the early religion were really into human (or animal) sacrifice to appease the higher beings.

There are good things about this theory, for one since this Planet is a farm, and a prison, the rulers will prevent mass destruction (like nuclear war) which would mean their entire food supply would be destroyed. Another one is that since more and more souls are going to get trapped here, at some point we will figure it out, and find a way to escape.

Remember theories are just ideas, speculation, but they have the power to move us deeply, to even put despair (or hope) into us, to move us into action even (for the betterment or for the worse). Christianity, or Communism were just ideas, the implementation has given humanity its darkest hours.

Another thing to remember, is 'it is just a ride'

Confession

I feel sadness—intense, heavy, and very persistent sadness. The feeling is like glue; it covers almost all my moves and thoughts. It feels like all areas of my life are somehow connected through this sad feeling. I am at a loss; there is a general atmosphere of complete despair.

The only thing that brings me a little joy is when I walk outside. Otherwise, work and interactions just make it worse. It feels like nothing matters anymore. Maybe I have internalized the constant bad news: the world conflicts, the inflation, the doom and gloom. Even when I see people being joyful, I can only see the tears that will inevitably come later.

Why am I feeling this way? Why?

Secret Technique (mind trick)

A coach asked me to pretend in my mind that "I was the smartest person in the world, that I am an extremely high performer in life".

He asked me to 'Truly believe that you embody those qualities and then take action based on the behavior you imagine such a person would exhibit. Immerse yourself in this persona and adopt the traits of a high performer'.

And I was surprised to see it working, that day ; by leveraging the power of belief and self-perception to influence behavior.

Later he explained to me that this technique works because:

1. Self-Fulfilling Prophecy: When you convince yourself that you possess certain qualities or abilities, you are more likely to act in ways consistent with that belief. This can create a self-fulfilling prophecy where your behavior aligns with your perceived identity as a high performer.

2. Cognitive Dissonance: Humans have a natural tendency to seek consistency between their beliefs and actions. By adopting the mindset of a high performer, you may experience cognitive dissonance if your behavior contradicts that belief, motivating you to act in ways that are consistent with your self-perception.

3. Motivation and Confidence: Believing in your own capabilities can increase motivation and confidence, leading to improved performance. When you view yourself as a high performer, you may approach tasks with greater enthusiasm and perseverance, which can ultimately lead to success.

4. Neuroplasticity: The brain is adaptable and capable of rewiring itself based on experiences and beliefs. By consistently reinforcing the belief that you are a high performer, you can potentially reshape your neural pathways to support behaviors associated with that identity.

5. Social Influence: Our beliefs and behaviors are often influenced by social context. If you surround yourself with others who also view you as a high performer or who exhibit similar traits, it can further reinforce your self-perception and encourage high-performance behavior.

Overall, the mind trick works by harnessing the mixing of beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions to shape behavior and facilitate personal growth and achievement.
